I think every picture tells somewhat of a story. If you look at any picture, no matter what it is, it has a certain affect on you. Now, granted some may not depending on the photographer.
For example, what type of emotion do you get from looking at this picture? It tells a story. If you look at the back round you see that it looks like a run down village, not a lot of money, and due to all the mud and how dirty the child looks... little water. Each picture can tell a story. Photography can be used to show what your feeling. It can appeal to people in ways words never could.

That's really cool, when I take pictures it's just taking them for fun.
They always say that a picture tells a thousand words. SO for a 2,000 word essay could you just draw two pictures?
I love taking pictures and I try to figure ways to tell a story in my pictures.

I think even random snapshots tell a story, too. After all, why are you even taking the picture if you don't want to remember the moment?
